This place has a great selection of beers! We managed to book a table for Sunday lunch because the pub was packed with people. They had a wedding anniversary party and a rowing club event going on in the evening. I had the roast beef, and my wife had the veggie option. Both were absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a great atmosphere.

Exceptional Sunday roast, delicious tasty beef and lamb. Generous portions, superb roast potatoes. The best Sunday roast I have had in years. Attentive staff and dogs were very welcome. The photo doesn't show the additional cauliflower cheese which is part of the meal.

What a great pub. You wouldn't think it was a village pub or out of the way of Newquay. But it is a vibrant, busy pub. It has sport on the TV, a quiz sitting the week. The food on the menu is good. I was surprised from the moment I walked in, how good it was. It is a 5 minute walk downhill from the Park Dean Holiday Park. It really is worth a visit.
